Refund policy
Once a Via Nature product is shipped there are no returns. However, if the product arrives damaged, we will offer to send a replacement, or give a full refund for the product that was damaged.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Cancellations must occur before the order is shipped. The order cannot be cancelled after you have received an email with a tracking number. If you cancel your order before the product is shipped out, you will receive a full refund.
We will notify you once we’ve reviewed your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
